Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your reservation so we can offer you a drink from the lounge menu — a Vietnamese drip coffee, a Peach Bellini, a Mai Tai, or simply a sparkling water — and walk you through the gel and polish library before we begin.

We welcome walk-ins whenever a chair is open, but because we keep an intentionally slow pace per guest, reservations are strongly encouraged — especially on weekends and Friday evenings.

Are your products really non-toxic? +

Yes. The Conscious Collection is Eco-Friendly, Non-Toxic, HEMA-Free, and Vegan, with a curated inventory sourced from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and the USA. We're happy to walk you through specific ingredients on request.

Is there a discount for students or veterans? +

An extra 10% discount is offered for students, teachers, and veterans with an active ID. Please present your ID at check-in.

Can you accommodate a bridal party? +

Our Bridal Nail Suite specializes in elegant bridal nail services. Reach out by phone or via the form above with your date and party size, and we'll design a private timeline around your celebration.
